Location: BIA building – 4344 Metro Circle NW, North Canton, OH 44720

October 4th NE Ohio IAQA Chapter Presentation, Noon – 3pm.

“Conditioned Crawlspaces – Why it is important and how to implement it in new homes, and in existing homes”
This applies to homes/buildings with crawlspaces under the entire building, and crawlspace/basement mix homes/buildings.

If you are building new homes/buildings, building additions with crawlspaces, or are inspecting these types of buildings, you need to understand the preventive and remedial value of implementing state of the art best practices, and help your clients make informed decisions!

If your go to for crawlspaces is “cross ventilation”, you NEED to attend this meeting!

Our speaker will be Doug Carpenter, Owner Carpenter Heating and Cooling.

Attendance is free unless you want to participate in lunch. CEU’s available. We will also be discussing chapter leadership positions, and next year’s schedule of meetings. Our meetings attract IAQA and Restoration professionals as well as home inspectors, builders, remodelers, and water proofing contractors.

We will have Pizza for lunch unless otherwise noted in future emails. If you would like to have a table to exhibit your services to attendees please contact us. Sponsorships of lunches is also available.

RSVP with number of attendees from your organization, and if you are doing lunch to:
