Mr. Bergman serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Rolyn. He is nationally recognized for his over thirty years of expertise in the following: disaster recovery, reconstruction, appraising building damages, restoration, settlement negotiations, firefighting, and building codes. He focuses on decontamination, remediation, infection control, and other biological contaminants including, bacteria and mold that affect air quality within and around buildings and structures, especially as it relates to the health and comfort of building occupants. He is frequently called upon to speak at industry events and educational seminars, and serves as an expert witness in court cases. As Rolyn’s business has grown, he has consulted and joined with many of the nation’s top contractors and subcontractors to form strategic partnerships. Sam is a Life Member of the Bethesda Chevy Chase Rescue Squad and former First Assistant Chief. Mr. Bergman is a past President of the Restoration Industry Association and a board member at the MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, DC.
