IMPORTANT HOTEL RESERVATION & AIR TRAVEL INFORMATION:

The Marriott City Center has room block availability from Saturday - Thursday (5/31-6/5);

The Residence Inn has room block availability from Sunday - Thursday (6/1-6/5).

We got an extension! Our Room Block Rate is now available until  May 16.

Both the Marriott and Residence Inn adjoin the conference center and both

are offering the outstanding rate of $159.00/night.   
This already great rate includes Parking in the adjacent garage.

The Marriott has added more rooms to our Block for Saturday! If you tried to make a reservation before April 18

and were told that Saturday was sold out, please contact Marriott as soon as possible to reserve one of these rooms.

There is a music festival in town and all hotels in the vicinity of downtown are showing rates in the high $200's - $300s per night.

AIR TRAVEL:

If flying is your best option to get to Lexington, be sure to also look at Cincinnati (CVG);

the airport is actually located in northern Kentucky and is a 80-90 minute drive to Lexington.

(CVG has 55+ non-stop destinations. LEX airport is 15 minutes from downtown Lexington, with 18 non-stop routes.)
